In order to collect build accreditation you and your crew must be added on to the crew hub, be issued a collection ticket and completed your health and safety induction. A Hi-Vis safety vest must also be worn prior to accessing the site. Accreditation will be collected from the accreditation cabin located HERE , from the 8th January at 07:00. You are only able to collect for yourself not your crew.

In order to collect show accreditation you and your crew must be added on to the crew hub and be allocated a show day pass. Accreditation will be collected individually from the accreditation cabin from 25th January  between 07:00 and 19:00 with a valid collection ticket. Bulk collection is only possible if you have had written permission from the accreditation manager.  

Please note the health and safety induction must still be completed if arriving prior to show days.

Accreditation opening hours will be extended from 07:00 - 22:00 from 27th January

VAPPS:

As the show draws nearer, we want to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s the process to collect your show day VAPP:How to request VAPPS for your team:-You can apply for parking, shuttle, or delivery VAPPS through your Supplier Point of Contact (SPOC), who can submit the request using the 'Request Forms' in the Supplier Manager Tab on Crew Hub.

- Once your request is approved, we will proceed with allocations, and you will receive a collection ticket via email.

- Please ensure to bring the collection ticket to the accreditation.

If your accreditation is not approved you will receive an email letting you know.Approved VAPPS can be collected from the accreditation cabin in the crew carpark or the one located at the site entrance.

Site entrance accreditation cabin hours:

Mon - Wed: 07:00 -22:00

Thurs - Fri: Closed

Carpark accreditation cabin hours:

Tues - Wed: 10:00 - 19:00

Thurs - Fri: 07:00 - 22:00  

Where do I collect my VAPPS?

VAPPS can be collected from the Accreditation Booth located in the staff parking area, Parking 1.
